Kaboli is based on two very firm beliefs. One, that growing your own vegetables is genuinely good for the soul, and two, that sharing food cooked over a campfire is the most enjoyable way to eat.

From her quirky kitchen garden, tucked away in a quiet, hidden spot in Cornwall, Henri cooks up several campfire feasts over the summer months and helps people get to grips with growing veg the easy way with  her grow your own workshops.
